Automatic entry and exit with license plate recognition cameras

License plate recognition (LPR) cameras read the registration plate of a vehicle approaching the entrance, and the system manages entry and exit automatically. Residents no longer have to wait at the barrier or look for a remote or a card.

Every entry and exit is recorded with a timestamp. The manager can see through the system who entered and left the territory, when, and in which vehicle. This data is used to keep access under control and to look into disputed cases.

Integration of barrier gates, doors and access systems

Barrier gates, courtyard gates, block entrance doors and access systems integrate with Menzil Park and are managed from one platform. This way, parking, the courtyard and building entrances can be run under unified rules.

Guest and non-resident access

A paid access model can be set up for guests and non-residents. The vehicle’s entry time is recorded and the parking fee is calculated at exit.

A resident can share a one-time access link for a guest or a courier. With this link, a defined access permission for a door, an elevator or a gate can be granted without the need for the mobile app.

Online parking payment

The driver selects the parking, enters the license plate number, sees the entry time and the calculated balance, and pays online. This approach helps reduce cashier queues and cash payments.

Residents can also pay for parking in the Menzil Park mobile app together with utility and service fees.

Additional income for building owners and managers

Managing paid parking access allows buildings and complexes to build an additional income model. Since every payment is recorded in the system, the collected amount is reflected in financial reports.
