The app is free to download for iOS and Android devices. If your building uses the Menzil Park system, all information about your apartment appears in the app after you sign up.

How can I pay my utility debt in the app?
After logging in to the app you see the debts of your apartment. Choose the service you want to pay for and pay online by bank card or e-wallet. The payment is recorded in the system immediately.
How can I follow the status of a request I sent?
In the requests section of the app you can see all the requests you have sent and their current status. You get a notification when the status changes.
